Abstract Pleomorphic adenoma gene 1 ( PLAG1 ) is a member of the PLAG family which associated with body size in various cattle breeds. This study investigated association polymorphisms to carcass traits and measurement Ongole crossbred (PO) Kebumen. Chest girth, length, height, withers waist live weight, percentage were carefully measured recorded.
